  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development including triggers, integrations, VF Page development process, Web Services, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, Data Loader, Batch Processes, Migration Tools  
  • Min Salesforce Experience 3+ years
  • SF Developer Certification mandatory
  • Domain: Finance
  • Development of custom Rest API in Salesforce

Proven experience in quality control for online platforms

  • Passion and proven experience in Test Automation of integration and end to end testing
  • Experience working within Agile teams
  • Exposure to test automation with experience using tools such as Selenium, Cypress.
  • Comfortable working with remote Developers who may be in different time zones
  • Experience testing compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0
  • Excellent Knowledge of JavaScript is essential
  • Knowledge of Bitbucket, GitHub and Jira are essential

  • Experienced and proficient RCA with Validating / troubleshooting techniques and problem solving in a 24x7x365 production environment

  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise networks
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues
  • Knowledge in monitoring & L-1 support of data base and applications
  • Knowledge and experience with datacenter and cloud technologies.
  • ITIL Processes knowledge and experience
  • Basics of VMWare and CITRIX.
  • Working experience with ticketing tools like (Cherwell/ Service now)
  • Ability to understand and respond to users in USA.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

  • 6-8 years of experience in leading an engineering team.
  • 10-12 years of hands on JAVA software development experience
  • Experience with Agile (eg Scrum) and test driven development
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms and Concurrency
